Polycom ® SoundPoint ® IP 670 SIP landline phone with a large color display
SoundPoint IP 670 is a personal IP phone designed for large enterprises, which enables making and receiving phone calls, as well as organising teleconferences in excellent HD sound quality via the Internet. SoundPoint IP 670 can be connected to 6 lines or 34 lines thanks to the application of external module, SoundPoint® IP Color Expansion Module, of which we can hook up three in total. It also gives the opportunity to hold 24 phone calls at the same time. This makes the phone useful at work in customer service departments (call center systems). The phone is also equipped with a direct port for headset, USB port and a high-quality color display.
The application of Polycom Acoustic Clarity technology, as well as noise reduction and dynamic echo suppression, ensures teleconferencing, and at the same time maintaining the highest quality of voice transmission. Conference calls may include 3 locations.
Intuitive and easy to use interface provides 26 function keys and 4 buttons that are activated from the phone software. The device offers also a quick access to all phone functionalities by launching one dedicated key. The phone has a 320×160 built-in backlit color LCD screen that displays, among others, information about the caller’s number, incoming messages, and presents data from corporate applications.
The phone is connected to a computer network directly by a 2-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, the power can be supplied through the Ethernet cable in accordance with the IEEE802.3af standard or through Cisco Inline Power.
The device supports multiple standards and network protocols: DHCP, SNTP, FTP, XML, HTTP, VLAN, NAT, RTCP and SIP.
