The company ITwares has implemented and launched a technologically advanced call recorder along with the disk array for the Provincial Emergency Response Centre. Both devices were installed and configured in order to suit the needs of PERC recording calls from OST 112 network. Call recorder connected to CISCO Call Manager allows for recording several dozens of phone calls at the same time, and the array has 24TB of storage space. For the safety of data, the registration system has been equipped with two RAID drives; in addition, to increase the security of stored data, the recordings are saved on the provided disk array. Both devices have redundant power supply and fully protect the recorded data.
