Our company has delivered and launched a videoconferencing system based on Polycom HDX7000 videoconferencing codec for one of the Crisis Management Centers. The installed videoconferencing system is integrated with two large-format monitors, and is adapted to being moved between the rooms. The system communicates through existing videoconferencing infrastructure, which is managed centrally by the experts of the National Police Headquarters. The system allows for making and receiving calls in Full HD quality, and is intended to facilitate contact between the units of public administration; thus, it speeds up decision-making procedure and achieves vast economies on cutting down on business trip expenses. It is yet another implementation of a videoconferencing system performed successfully by our company in a public administration unit.
